Dr Brad Thornton spent his younger years competing in various martial arts at an international level (across Karate, Tae Kwon Do, and Kickboxing), winning multiple British national titles, a European title, and runner-up in the World Championships and USA nationals – the latter being held in Las Vegas! This created a mindset and resilience that filtered into his business life. It also created a philosophy that anything is possible, and that anyone with the correct preparation and hard work, could make an impact on a global stage.
Graduating as a dentist in 2007, he entered the world of dental business in 2010 with his private dental practice located in Leeds, England. With the philosophy of hard work, but without business knowledge he proceeded to spend the subsequent years building the business through trial and error, determination, and an unwavering push to ‘succeed’.

Since Qualifying in dentistry from Kings College London in 2008, Krupal has invested over 15 years as founder of a group of squat private clinics in central London and becoming the youngest and largest standalone provider of Invisalign in the U.K.
He was the first and youngest UK dentist to complete 7,000 Invisalign cases and earning the title of Europe’s top Invisalign provider. His clinics has completed thousands more plus a similar number of other cosmetic treatments such as fixed braces and smile makeovers.
Dr Shah clinically retired at age 33 and is highly sought after for his wealth of experience in squat clinic build and design, marketing, sales & clinical systems and process optimisation, elite level recruitment, practice finance and dental business growth strategy.

Andy is a serial entrepreneur developing the FTA group of companies, a full range of business services for the dental profession. Andy’s first move into business was to acquire Frank Taylor & Associates back in 2000 and build on the guiding principles established when the company was established in the late 1980’s. Frank Taylor & Associates is still the leading valuer and sales agent to the dental profession some 35 years on.
Andy is a sought-after public speaker covering topics including leadership, management, marketing and the future value of dental practices. Andy is also a director and co-owner of FTA Finance, the award-winning healthcare finance broker, FTA Financial & Wealth Management, the specialist financial services provider for the dental profession, and was one of the founding directors/owners of FTA Law now Buxton Coates. More recently Andy helped create FTA Media which produces authentic video for digital marketing purposes. Chris Strevens is a director and co-owner of Frank Taylor & Associates which he acquired in 2000 and other companies within the FTA Group (FTA Finance, FTA Financial & Wealth Management, and FTA Media) and was one of the founding directors/owners of FTA Law.
Chris set up a dental unit for a bank & has assisted other banks entering the dental market. He is a recognised expert in dental valuation, practice finance and has a wealth of experience & also writes articles and presented at many lectures UK wide on a range of topics from finance to sales. He is a trustee for a charity Alternatives that deals with pregnancy related issues & also a South African charity, LIV Village for orphaned & vulnerable children providing homes & education.
